Shoulder Depression Neck Stretch

For this lecture, complete the following steps:

  1. Carefully watch Dr. Sara's exercise video
  2. Learn the correct body posture and proper technique for each exercise
  3. Play the video again, this time follow along and participate in the exercise
  4. Repeat the video and repetitions of the exercise as many times as desired
  5. Be mindful of the way your body is moving and how it feels after the exercise
  6. If any given exercise is painful or too challenging for you, don't do it!
  7. Determine if you want to incorporate this exercise into your daily routine... if so, when?
