Shoulder Depression Neck Stretch
For this lecture, complete the following steps:
- Carefully watch Dr. Sara's exercise video
- Learn the correct body posture and proper technique for each exercise
- Play the video again, this time follow along and participate in the exercise
- Repeat the video and repetitions of the exercise as many times as desired
- Be mindful of the way your body is moving and how it feels after the exercise
- If any given exercise is painful or too challenging for you, don't do it!
- Determine if you want to incorporate this exercise into your daily routine... if so, when?
